Fantasy Friday

Oh be still my heart!! This weeks FF featured house is so mine....well if I had $1.2 million it would be so mine. I know I have said that before and will probably say it again, but this French style 1924 beauty on an amazing street would pretty much be it for me if I could delve into that price range. It has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with 2912 sf on almost an acre. I won't show any interior pictures, you can view the full listing for that, they are all circa 1990 and screaming for an update.
