M. Night Shyamalan knows

Filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan knows old houses rock. A few years ago he and his wife bought Ravenwood, an 125 acre estate outside of  Philly with a 1937 Georgian Revival mansion. The original house was already 15,000 sf, but he then proceeded to add another 12,000 to it for a total of 27,000 sf - can you imagine wandering around something that big and it is your private home! The interiors have been extensively renovated and updated but tastefully in keeping with the architecture of the original house. To read the full interview with M.
