Brilliant solution

For those of us old house lovers and dwellers, we know space can be an issue. To be able to finish out your basement to gain a playroom or guest room is often a great solution, but the ceiling is usually lower then 8' and often you need access to the plumbing and electrical within. The typical solution is to install a white dropped ceiling like those found in every office building and school across America and you have to admit, they are UGLY.

I stumbled across this company's website recently and thought "why didn't I think of that"! A dropped ceiling that looks like a coffered wood ceiling and can even be painted or you can select from several pre-finished stain colors - brilliant!
