Fantasy Friday & where have I been?

First, where have I been you ask? Well to make a long story short we actually had a contract on our next old house - woo hoo! But the key word there is 'had'. After a lengthy inspection and several tradespeople and builders later we had to walk away - boo hoo. The current homeowners didn't maintain the property at all over the past 20 years that they have been there and it would be been a money pit. As much as I didn't want to, sometimes you just have to walk away. So the hunt continues...

Now, for this weeks Fantasy Friday entry. Be still my heart, this one is right up my alley!!! A 1930 French style beauty set on 7.35 acres right in town with 5 bedrooms and 7 1/2 baths with 8,294 sf. The property also features a pool,  guest house and tennis courts...ahhh...this would be the life. Now to come up with the $3,000,000.00 asking price.
