Ode to WHITE

If you ask me my favorite color, I will quickly and enthusiastically answer WHITE. And yes, white is a color.  I adore all white interiors, especially in old houses where it really highlights the original craftsmanship and building materials. But alas with an 8 year old and a 4 year old and two pets and a husband, a white interior is not in the cards for me just yet. Perhaps when I am old and gray(er) I will decorate to match my hair...hehe. Here are a few delicious examples of lovely white interiors from my idea files.
