Fantasy Friday

Normally I would not include such a new house for my Fantasy Friday post, this is Old Houses Rock after all. But this 1996 New England style home caught my eye. I can just see this house on Martha's Vineyard or in The Hamptons rather than in the middle of Franklin, TN. On almost 49 acres, this 8,724 sf house has 4 bedroom, 6 bathrooms, pool, theatre room, 2 ponds and a 7,000 sf barn - yes that is correct, 7,000 sf barn! I love the classic architecture and think the homeowners did a pretty good job overall with their finish selections. Oh, and just in case you were wondering, it is $5,249,000.00.
