This weeks Fantasy Friday entry is not that old, but at least it is older than me :) A French Regency style home built in 1967 on 2.45 acres with just over 8,000 sf. This home has 6 bedrooms, 7 full baths and 2 half baths, 4 fireplaces, a pool and pool house and was designed by local legendary architect Edwin Keeble. I adore this style home, but would tone down the formality of the decor. Now to go scrounge up the $4,350,000.00 asking price.
