SJP knows old houses rock!! She and hubby Matthew Broderick have bought and sold several brownstones in NYC and this one is the latest to hit the real estate market. They purchased this Greenwich Village townhouse last year for $18.9 million, did some renovations, and have now put it back on the market for $25 million without ever living there. It has 12' ceilings, 7 working fireplaces and a tiered garden....LOVE!!
