LOVE everything about this image!! It appears to the porch of an a amazing old house. The moldings around the window and door are divine, the black & white porcelain hex tile on the floor is perfect and the fireplace surround along with everything else painted out white highlights all the fabulous details that only an old house offers. I also adore the rustic trestle table, painted cane back chairs, crystal chandelier, gilt mirror, painted iron urn with just the right amount of rust, sisal area rug, etc, etc, etc...sigh.
