Beautiful before and after in Maryland

This beautiful classic 1890 four-square in Maryland featured in Traditional Home was purchased by its current owners in 2007 and have been given a much needed face lift while staying true to its old house roots. They did a beautiful job maintaining the original bones and features and even kept the original clawfoot tub in the master bath. The only dramatic change was bumping out the family room by 9 feet to bring it more into proportion with the tall ceilings and how we live today. I love the before and afters of all the major spaces!
