Sadly in this town $1 million doesn't get you much real estate wise and that is especially not good for my next old house budget! Now, if you have $5.5 million to spend your options open up. Here is a 1931 beauty that is just that. With 9685 square feet (not including the 2234 square foot guest house) on 4 lush acres with an amazing pool.  It even fulfills my ivy covered house fantasy. Ahhhh....swoon!
