It's Fantasy Friday time again! This weeks discovery is a local 1930 Tudor with 4204 sf, 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths on half an acre. It is so beautifully updated with a soft palette, I could definitely move right in!! Okay, the $1,149,000 does truly make it just a fantasy....sigh.
